We are seeking dedicated and compassionate therapists (social workers, psychologists, counsellors, hypnotherapists, coaches etc) to join our dynamic team of mental health practitioners. As a therapist, you will provide high-quality counselling and therapeutic services to individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with other professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Conduct  comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and      develop individualised treatment plans.
• Provide      evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to      cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and      solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate      individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions to address a variety of      mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and      relationship issues.
• Monitor      clients' progress throughout the treatment process and adjust      interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain      accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with industry      standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate      with other WA Mental Health practitioners to build knowledge, skills, and      referral pathways.
• Participate      in clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development      activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• A recognised qualification in counselling, psychology, social work, or a      related field.
• Registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant professional body.
• Demonstrated experience providing counselling or therapy to individuals with diverse      mental health needs, preferably online or community setting.
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate  comprehensive treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish      rapport and build therapeutic alliances with clients.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
• Self-employed in private practice, or plans to open own business with support.
